Mark started Baich Consulting in 1998, [need to fill in this history]. Different tools then, same job: take a mess of data and make it answer questions.<\/p>

Power BI arrived a little over ten years ago and became the center of the practice.<\/p>

Becca joined in 2022 after twelve years in education, where the work was already analytical. Reading a situation, advocating for a student, getting staff and parents to a shared understanding of what was actually going on. Power BI turned out to be the same work in a different format. Danielle came from thirteen years in graphic design, which is why our reports are highly customized and tailored to match each of our client’s branding. She is diligent about ensuring the user experience is smooth and efficient with every visualization on the page.<\/p>

A report is only as good as the model underneath it. Cheap builds look fine on day one and fall apart the first time you ask a question nobody anticipated.\nWe design the model first, so the answers you need next year are already possible.
