Power BI arrived a little over ten years ago and became the center of the practice.
Becca joined in 2022 after twelve years in education, where the work was already analytical. Reading a situation, advocating for a student, getting staff and parents to a shared understanding of what was actually going on. Power BI turned out to be the same work in a different format. Danielle came from thirteen years in graphic design, which is why our reports are highly customized and tailored to match each of our client’s branding. She is diligent about ensuring the user experience is smooth and efficient with every visualization on the page.
We’re a family firm led by Mark and two daughters, Danielle and Becca. As our client, you will very likely end up working with all three of us throughout your project.

Your reports should look like they came from your company, because they did. We build to your brand guidelines, down to the colors and type, and if you don't have guidelines we can make those too. Custom visuals when the standard ones can't say what you need them to. Most consultancies subcontract this or skip it. We have a designer on staff.
A report is only as good as the model underneath it. Cheap builds look fine on day one and fall apart the first time you ask a question nobody anticipated. We design the model first, so the answers you need next year are already possible. Custom DAX and M, built to hold up.
We'd rather your team could handle the small stuff without calling us. So we teach them. Live sessions, recordings, walkthrough guides written for the people who actually use the reports. It's a strange thing for a consultancy to want. It's also why clients stay.
